By using the Slut Sanctuary XP tracking system and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Our services are provided within Second Life's adult regions, which require users to be 18+ per Linden Lab's Terms of Service.

3. Account and Usage

• You are responsible for your Second Life avatar's activity within our system
• When you authenticate to claim your profile, you agree to our use of your UUID for verification
• You must comply with Second Life's Terms of Service and Community Standards

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploits: Using bugs, exploits, or automation to gain unfair advantages
• AFK Automation: Using bots or scripts to automatically respond to AFK checks
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your avatar to earn XP
• Harassment: Harassing other users or staff
• Spam: Spamming our systems or website
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access admin areas or other users' accounts
• Data Scraping: Automated scraping of our website or leaderboards

5. Consequences of Violations

Violations of these terms may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of XP earning
• Removal from leaderboards
• Blacklisting from the Slut Sanctuary venue
• Revocation of achievements and quest rewards
• Permanent account termination

6. XP, Achievements, and Rewards

• XP, achievements, and rewards have no monetary value
• We reserve the right to adjust XP amounts, quest requirements, and achievement criteria at any time
• We may reset leaderboards or XP totals for system maintenance or fairness
• XP earned through exploits or violations will be removed
• We are not responsible for lost XP due to system errors or downtime

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:

• Collection of your avatar name, UUID, and activity data
• Public display of your stats, achievements, and rankings
• Collection of technical connection data to maintain security and prevent abuse
• Use of cookies when authenticated

8. Service Availability

We provide our services "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of all data and statistics
• Preservation of data during system updates or failures
• Availability of any specific feature or functionality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on our website and systems are owned by Slut Sanctuary or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

• System errors or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Actions of other users

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us in-world or through our website first. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If you believe you were wrongly penalized, provide evidence and we will review your case.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top when changes are made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
